Former Deputy CIO of State of North Carolina
Sharon Hayes has over 30 years of business and technical experience in private and public sector. Sharon’s public sector experience included roles such as Deputy State Chief Information Officer for North Carolina’s Office of IT Services (ITS). With a budget over 200M and a staff of 600, ITS provided technical services to the state’s agencies, local governments, community colleges and universities with services ranging from telephony to mainframe and distributed hosting and enterprise applications such as email, common payment services and document management. Sharon also served as Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) for the State of NC, which included oversight of 60 projects valued at $1 billion. PM Network magazine recognized Sharon as one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Project Management. She is a certified Project Manager, member of the Project Management Institute and the International Association of Innovation Professionals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.
VP of Sales & Marketing, Mi-Corporation
As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Gautham is responsible for sales outreach, managing the marketing program and other business development efforts. He has spoken at conferences such as the Harvey Spencer Associates Document Capture forum, TabTimes TabletBiz conference, Data Analytics for Utilities Summit, and the US Department of Commerce workshop on Mobile Data Capture. Gautham serves on the Enterprise Mobility Network editorial board and has been on the forefront of Tablet adoption by businesses for several years. He has considerable experience working with entrepreneurial small businesses having worked at the Duke Office of Licensing and Ventures, with a biotechnology startup company, EntoGenetics, and with the Small Business Technology Development Center of NC. Gautham holds an alphabet soup of degrees with a M.S. in Molecular Cancer Biology, a Master of Engineering Management degree from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Georgia.
