Make sure that you have correctly associated a pattern range with your Mi-Forms form, using Mi-Forms Designer (consult the Mi-Forms Designer documentation for help with this). Then import the new form template into Mi-Forms Client that contains the PAD file to correctly associate the paper form with the Mi-Forms form. I took these steps, but still nothing is happening. Uninstall and reinstall both the penDirector and Mi-Forms Client. Reinstall penDirector first.
