Research Triangle Park, NC and Seattle, WA. June 28, 2004. In a move that emphasizes its customer support focus, Mi-Co announced today that the company will open the Mi-Co Seattle, Washington office.
"Mi-Co continues to keep Mi-Forms customers as the central focus of our strategic planning and growth initiatives," stated Jim Clary, CEO of Mi-Co, "and the first objective of the Seattle office will be to expand the technical support resources available to our user community. To emphasize that customer focus, I have asked David Nakamura, Director of Quality Assurance and Technical Support to provide his leadership in establishing this office."
Nakamura has worked at Mi-Co's corporate headquarters since 2000 and is credited with planning and establishing the Mi-Co Technical Support Division and the Quality Assurance Department. With the establishment of this office, Mi-Co will increase the fully staffed technical support hot line by three hours a day and will now resolve issues from 8 A.M. Eastern time to 8 P.M. Eastern time.
"Mi-Co's most recent staff additions in North Carolina have been in the technical support area," stated Nakamura, "and these additions provide the perfect opportunity for Mi-Co to expand our services. Our first priority will be to increase our technical support coverage and. with additional personnel. Mi-Co plans to establish our west coast training center. I am also excited about the location of this office because it provides us the opportunity to be more directly connected to our west coast based partners such as Microsoft and to our value added resellers serving the area."
The Seattle office will officially open on June 30, 2004 with support services and communication infrastructure fully operational between the Seattle office and Mi-Co corporate headquarters in Research Triangle Park, NC.
