The Mobility Summit is an annual event in the Research Triangle Park region of North Carolina hosted by Mi-Corporation, the award-winning mobile information company, to address issues in how mobility solutions are transforming the way companies do business.

Mobile devices are becoming the preferred platform for collecting, analyzing, and sharing data within an enterprise environment," said Greg Clary, Mi-Corporation CEO & Founder, adding, "User demand for secure, real-time & error-free data is leading to a constant evolution in mobile forms & mobile app technology. Bringing organizations together to discuss best practices & share experiences has proven greatly beneficial for the companies that attend the Mi-Corporation Mobility Summit.

Mi-Corporation has continually shared its mobile data expertise gained in serving clients over the past 16 years -- as well as its intellectual leadership garnered through the development of 10 issued U.S. patents -- via participation in national industry events; webinars; and the company’s Mobility Summit.

The Summit provides businesses/agencies interested in saving time and money, and improving workforce efficiency using mobile technology solutions with an opportunity to hear from industry experts and similar organizations about best practices for transitioning to mobile, maximizing user adoption in replacing clipboard technology, as well as learning about the latest mobile technologies and devices. Mobility Summit features educational presentations from mobility experts, end user organizations, and Mi-Corporation team members, as well as vendor exhibits, technology demonstrations, and interactive workshops.

As the keynote speaker, Mr. Ellis will be sharing his insights on how mobile and other innovative technologies can positively impact government agencies as well as corporate organizations. Other confirmed speakers include Summit Opening Keynote Speaker, Conor Maguire, Mobile Programme Manager, Transport for London; Day 2 Keynote Speaker, Winnie Webber, JIS Director, 19th Judicial Circuit; Bryan Lesko, Azure Specialist with Microsoft; Bob Dieterle, CEO, MobileSmith; Derek Brameyer, VP of Operations, Willow Tree Apps; Josh Robertson, Director of Business Development, Smashing Boxes; Paul Russo, Director Global Deployment Services, Xplore Technologies; Philip Morris, CEO, Mariner USA, Alex Bratt and Julie Scrivner of Energy Savvy and Sharon Hayes, former CTO of State of North Carolina. Additional speakers will be added as they are confirmed.

Presentations will include mobility success stories; education sessions; expert consultations; panel discussions on mobile apps, Internet of Things, choosing the right device and doing business on the cloud among others.

"There are multiple considerations in moving to a paperless environment aside from the technology itself, like ease of integration, audit reporting, lifecycle management and reimagining processes, all things we’ve experienced through our decade-and-a-half of serving customers in various industries,” Chris DiPierro, CTO, Mi-Corporation, explains. “What better way to share important details than by having our customers and partners share their stories & lessons themselves,” he added.
