The following awards were presented: Mi-Forms User of the Year to the Newmont Mining; Mi-Forms Impact Player of the Year to NYU College of Dentistry; Mi-Forms Process Improvement Organization to IDCRP; and the Mi-Co Innovation Award to nVOQ, Inc.
